About the Company
Our client is one of the long history and leading construction company. To cope with the business expansion, they are now looking for high calibers to join their team in order to enhance their HR policies, procedures and systems.
About the Role
- As the Assistant Manager in the HR team and report to Head of HR, you are responsible for all rounded payroll such as salary review, bonus, HR reporting and HR analysing etc
- Participate in manpower planning and employee engagement process
- Develop and maintain HR policy, make sure comply with government regulatory
- More importantly, you will play a key role in HR system transformation project to enhance the effectiveness of the system
Requirements
- Degree holder in HR, Business or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Candidate from construction or engineering industry will be an advantage
- Extensive experience in HR system will be an advantage (eg: Taleo, iCIMS, Bullhorn and Microsoft AX)
- Good communication in both English and Chinese
