Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-house training for frontline staff including new employee orientation program, field coaching, CS training, product training, soft skills training, management training etc.
• Work closely with management team to identify training needs
• Assess & select external professional training organizations
• Formulate and prepare training materials including lesson plan with clear training objectives, SOPs and visual materials (e.g. PowerPoint, Video, etc.)
• Conduct training courses in effective manner and identify strengths and weaknesses of candidates for further development
• Develop training record system, establish evaluation and follow-up system for each training course in order to ensure the effectiveness
• Assist in other projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management, Training & Development, Business Administration or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years training experience from beauty/ fashion/ consumer lifestyle
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, detail-minded and responsible
• Proficient in PC knowledge (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word-processing)
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferable
