Responsibilities

• Assist CEO in monitoring and assuring the efficiency and statistics of factory performance on all areas of operations;
• Work with senior management in headquarter and factory to strive for maximum efficiency and optimization, and to execute continuous improvement opportunities throughout all stages of production;
• Monitor the factory status and related KPIs to drive for operational excellence;
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines;
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing factory;
• Matured and be able to communicate with factory management;
• Proactive, positive, persistent, and with a can-do attitude;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua);
• Good communication and presentation skills.
