• To provide support to HR system implementation and enhancement projects
• To engage internal parties in collecting ideas and delivering HR technology solutions
• To involve in ad-hoc analytics, reporting and data visualization tasks
• To provide on-going system support to users
• To troubleshoot data-related problems and coordinate with internal IT and vendors for system maintenance and support
• To assist in designing test cases, perform UAT and user training

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management / Information Technology/ Statistic or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in information technology or human resources
• At least 1 year experience in delivering system implementation project
• Hands on experience in handling data with SQL query or any other programming languages/ tools
• Sound knowledge of People Analytics, Employee Experience and HR Technologies
• Familiar with Articulate, Lumesse, Kronos, Qlik or SAP HCM is an advantage
• Must be a proactive and fast learner, agile in learning and applying new methodologies and technologies
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
