The Art de Vivre Group is split in 3 departments such as Commercial, Investment and Consulting coordinated by a holding.

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the CEO of Art de Vivre Group working life and communication.

Responsibilities

-         Manage, plan, and execute the calendar of the CEO in co-ordination with internal and external parties

-         to ensure smooth daily operation, taking care of both business and personal needs

-         Plan, arrange, and budget extensive international travels

-         Screen and track of the CEO’s various channels of communication, including but not limited to emails, phone calls, social media

-         Draft correspondences both business and personal for the CEO

-         Keep track of the CEO’s personal and business network / CRM, as well as PR activities

-         Track, follow up, and report progress of various on-going projects within the group, both transversal and departmental, and provide support as necessary in relation to the CEO

-         Manage and grow relationships with crucial vendors to the company in relevance to the CEO’s needs (e.g. airlines, travel agents)

-         Manage and budget the CEO’s personal finances and handle his personal matters in high discretion

-         Manage the operations of the CEO’s office, as well as personal residences

-         Support various internal operations / administration activities

-        Support ad hoc assignments as necessary

Requirements

-         Good Command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, ideally proficient in Mandarin

-         French written and / or spoken would be a plus

-         Proficiency in MS Office applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint

-         The will and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn

-         Good communication and interpersonal skills

-         Ability to work independently and well organized

-         Exceptional organizational and time management skills

-         Presentable and good emotional intelligence

-         Ability to anticipate

-         High level of discretion and confidentiality

-         Experience: 3-5 Years
