Job Description

• Perform general office administration duties like office supplies ordering, office maintenance and sourcing suppliers of general office supplies and stationary control;
• Responsible for general office administrative and clerical duties
• Maintain filing and update record keeping
• Handle incoming calls, fax, emails and courier;
• Handle dispatch, receipt & distribution of due and materials
• Provide support in coordination with internal dept. & management activities.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above
• 1-2 years of relevant hands-on work experience.  Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Proficient of Outlook & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power-Point).  Chinese Word Processing is a must
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• STRONG SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY and DETAIL-MINDED, willing to learn and able to work under pressure independently in fast pace environment, sensible on handling confidential material and multi-tasking
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh graduate will be considered
