Job Description

Duties:The appointee will assist the Officer – Facility Management and Administration in managing office administration by working closely with internal users in the delivery of a range of Administration services, including office health and safety, office repair and maintenance including air-conditioning and ventilation, water and drainage facilities etc., office systems and equipment maintenance including telephone system, security/surveillance system and franking machine, supporting logistic arrangements of corporate events, purchasing office supplies and follow up on all the relevant documentation, preparing management reports, etc.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Facility Management, Business Administration;
  • At least 3 years’ working experience in facility management and/or administration;
  • Experience in handling office systems maintenance including telephone, security and surveillance system;
  • Some hands-on experience in coordinating office repair works and maintenance projects;
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, Access and Chinese character input method;
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage;
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels;
  • Be customer-oriented with pleasant personality; and
  • Able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.

 

Employment Terms:  The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract with contract-end-gratuity, MPF benefits, medical and dental care.  Future employment may be offered on renewable contracts subject to performance and staffing needs.
