Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, greeting visitors;
- Perform all round receptionist duties;
- Perform office administration duties including procurement, service or office equipment souring, mailing arrangement etc;
- Provide various clerical support to marketing team;
- Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above, with at least 1 year working experience;
- Good telephone manner, responsible, attention to details;
- PC and internet literate with good MS Office skills;
- Good command of English & Chinese;
- Immediate availability is preferable.
