Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, greeting visitors;
  • Perform all round receptionist duties;
  • Perform office administration duties including procurement, service or office equipment souring, mailing arrangement etc;
  • Provide various clerical support to marketing team;
  • Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above, with at least 1 year working experience; 
  • Good telephone manner, responsible, attention to details;
  • PC and internet literate with good MS Office skills;
  • Good command of English & Chinese;
  • Immediate availability is preferable.
