Responsibilities: 

• Centre Management of a health screening centre
• In charge of centre daily operation, staff management, tasks allocation and general workflow
• To conduct staff training and service audit for sure high quality of customer service 
• To handle complaints on site
• Work closely with the Managers for process improvement
• To support management to implement various policy and initiatives at centre

Requirements:

• RN/EN qualification is preferred
• Exposure to health screening environment is preferred
• Familiar with medical operation flow
• 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years in supervisory role
• Patient, reliable, self-motivate, team work
• Able to work independently with good planning, tasks management and problem solving skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
