Job Responsibilities:

Reception Duties

• Provide general receptionist duties including greeting guests in professional manner, handle incoming calls, mailing and courier arrangement, and meeting room booking schedule etc
• Coordinate the environmental cleanliness especially the reception area and meeting rooms
• Daily monitor and update driver's schedule 
• Control the Fabric storage and updated the record

Administrative Duties

• Handle a wide range of administrative duties such as general office admin, staff attendance records and attendance report
• Responsible for filing and documentation tasks
• Handling the procurement of office supplies stationery ordering, pantry supplies and stock keeping
• Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment & telephone system
• Provide assistance to Admin department
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements: 

• Form 5 graduated or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
• Proactive, Mature, cheerful, and high sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferable
