Job Description

  • Provide daily HR administrative support to the team
  • Maintain and update employee database and filing systems
  • Support with Compensation &Benefits functions
  • Any other ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Management, HR Management or related discipline.
  • 3 years’ solid HR & Administration working experience in sizable construction company is highly preferred
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and & other related legislation
  • Self-motivated, energetic, presentable, pleasant and able to work under pressure
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin prefers
  • Good knowledge in MS office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Candidate with less experience will also be considered
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
