Customer Service Officer / Senior Officer (Teller) (Famous Banking Group HK$15K-HK$20K x 13month)

Our client is a famous Retail Banking Group. They are seeking high caliber professionals to join their team:

Responsibilities  

• handle daily financial transactions and customers' enquiries
• Perform accurate and efficient counter service operation Provide quality services to customers
• Cross-sell banking products and make referrals to sales staff
• Provide other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above, with 5 subjects, including Chinese, English and Mathematics, at Level 2/Attained/Grade E or above
• Strong desire to develop career in banking industry
• Strong commitment and good communication skills
• Candidate without relevant working experience will also be considered
