Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll calculation, compensation & benefits, leave management, taxation and MPF administration in a timely and accurate manner
• Work closely with the team to ensure all payroll is processed accurately in a timely manner
• Evaluate the effectiveness of various recruitment channels to enhance hiring efficiency
• Coordinate recruitment events, such as career talk, job fair, coorperation with academic institutions
• Prepare regular reports and maintain employee records using HRIS system; Maintain updated and accurate database of HRIS
• Provide timely response to queries from employees
• Organize various company events, staff activities and function &
• Support ad hoc duties when required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in IT / Engineering industry
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Hong Kong Taxation, MPF regulations and other related legislations
• Good numerical skills and strong attention to details/deadlines
• Highly organized and capable to prioritize & cope with multi-tasks
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
