Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support for the department.
• Perform data entry and draft relevant documents/correspondence.
• Work closely with and handle enquiries from other departments.
• Handle ad hoc projects/assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year's work experience in financial services industry.  Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Well conversant with MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• A good team player, with strong self-motivation and willingness to learn
• Good  problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
