Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and responsible for the data entry and filing, prepare purchase orders and data input for report analysis, etc;
• Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal parties for all round processing;
• Provide administrative and sample delivery arrangement support to the team;
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Merchandising Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above from Business administration, or equivalent;
• At least 2 years office experience in business sector;
• Well-organized, detailed-minded, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility;
• Proactive, quick response and willing to learn;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both written and oral English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
• Willing to travel China occasionally
