About the Company:

Our client is a well known Young and Energetic Fashion Retail Business in Hong Kong.

With the business expansion in Hong Kong, an exciting opportunity has arisen for HR professionals with solid recruitment and Business Partner skillset. They are looking for a experienced HR professional to look after their HR department in Hong Kong covering around 200 full time headcounts in Hong Kong and Macau.

The role will be also required to manage their PRC HR team.

About the job:

  • Act as HR Business Partner to provide HR Advisory Function to business leader and Operation Managers including but not limited to Recruitment, C&B, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Succession Planning
  • Lead and supervise a team to ensure that they are motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to required standards
  • Formulate and implement staffing and talent management strategies, policies and procedures which ensure the effective recruitment and retention of high-quality employees
  • Formulating and executing employee communication/relations strategy and activities
  • Cultivating and maintaining culture of positive staff engagement within office environments
  • Participate in ad hoc HR Project and initiatives
Skills & Experiences Required:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of HR related experience required
  • Candidates from fashion retail industry are preferred
