Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support and handle product enquires to support daily operation of sales units
• Manage internal product database by updating pricing and information regularly  
• Assist in pricing, cost control and gross profit monitoring in different projects 
• Assist in reports preparation for regular meetings with suppliers 
• Assist in market research on competitors
• Handle other assigned ad-hoc assignment when required.

Requirements:

•  Diploma or above.
•  At least 1 year working experience in administration.
•  Knowledge in furniture & lighting products will be a strong advantage.
•  Good command of MS Office
•  Good command of English 
•  Customer-driven team player with friendly, helpful and engaging personality.
