Main Duties

 

Administration

Office Supplies, Facilities management, Formatting, Filing

 

Accounting (Basic Level)

Preparing Invoices, Payroll Calculation, Basic Accounting, Staff Expenses Calculation

 

PA Work

Diary Management, Event Management

 

HR (Basic level)

MPF Management, Payroll Calculation, Staff on-boarding/Off-boarding, Visa Management

 

As well as the day to day work a strong candidate will be able to help get involved with projects like - Website & Marketing Review, Process Automation, Office move and rennovation & Vendor management.

 

What you Need

  • Excel skills (Basic Formulae)
  • Strong English & Cantonese Language skills
  • Experience of the duties mentioned above
  • A strong personality and ability to drive change
