Job Description

Personal / Marketing Assistant

Duties

  • Full support and assistance to the Management
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
  • Capable to handle all enquiries and correspondence independently
  • Collect and prepare information to use in discussions / meetings
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties and multi-tasks projects

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing or other related field
  • At least 2-3 years marketing related working experience, preferably in Medical business
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently
  • Presentable, pleasant personality, well-organized, detail-minded, good initiative, self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficient in English and Chinese typing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is preferred
