Job Description
Personal / Marketing Assistant
Duties
- Full support and assistance to the Management
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
- Capable to handle all enquiries and correspondence independently
- Collect and prepare information to use in discussions / meetings
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties and multi-tasks projects
Requirements
- Degree in marketing or other related field
- At least 2-3 years marketing related working experience, preferably in Medical business
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently
- Presentable, pleasant personality, well-organized, detail-minded, good initiative, self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficient in English and Chinese typing
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is preferred
