Purpose of the Role

Supports individual managers and functions with advice on HR Matters and acts as point of entry to HR services as a whole. Acts as partner towards the business and leverages CoE and general HR capabilities in meeting business requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Geography

Jobs responsible for the translation of business needs into HR strategy.

• Provides HR expertise and knowledge to facilitate business operations in Warehouse and Distribution in GCA Maersk commercial organization.

• Acts as point of contact for management for key HR-driven activities including but not limited to talent review and compensation and benefit review.

• Support HR operations excellence projects such as HR transformation.

• Handle leaders and employees query on local regulations and employment relationship.

• HR analytics reporting for GCA delivery WND related workforce planning.

Accountability 

Accountable for the execution of the HR strategy for GCA delivery function, leveraging centres of expertise for development and HR service delivery for execution of HR programmes that support business objectives.

Required experience & skills

• Minimal 8yrs solid HR experience in multi-national company with at least 2yrs in HR partnering role.
• Minimal 3yrs on HR operations with strong expertise to handle employee relationships.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese
