Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of campus recruitment, including graduate program and various internship programs
  • Monitor and handle recruitment and application processes, advertisement and recruitment days, offer-making and on-boarding
  • Maintain an accurate recruitment and employee databases, prepare reports for management review
  • Keep abreast of latest recruitment trends/channels, and provide recommendations to cope with business needs
  • Participate in system implementation projects
  • Support other HR projects as and when required

Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experiences in multinational business context
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks to meet timeline
  • Energetic, detail-minded along with good organizational and tactful communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
