Responsibilities

• Assist in handling the recruitment process on candidade side (phone screen, interview meeting, interview arrangement) and to ensure that tasks are delivered on a timely basis
• Conduct market research on specific market to obtain useful information on organization's structure
• Perform ad-hoc related tasks
• Manage and maintain the CRM system

Requirments

• Undergraduate students in Year 2 or Year 3 in any discipline
• Strong creativity, passionate and can-do attitude at work
• Able to work independently, detail-minded and well-organized, responsible, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Proficient in MS office
• Able to work at least 3 days a week
