Requirements

• F.5 or above
• min. 3 years relevant experience in garment field
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese, Mandarin is a must
• Good analytical, organization and administrative skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using MS office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work under pressure
  
• Less experience will be considered as QC Clerk

Duties:

• Responsible for quality check of all quality related documentation
• Prepare all required reports and statistical information to related departments
• To play a role of the main focal point during QA and Suppliers for schedule arrangement
• Working with Merchandising to provide support for documents transferring
• Internal support & QC Team Admin. issue (prepare Purchase Requisition/Travel Requisition/Reimbursement claim etc.)
• System updated and data entry
• Other operational ad hoc projects
