Job Duties:

•     Handle general laboratory clerical works;
•     Perform accurate data entry, filing and report preparation;
•     Specimen reception, registration, send-out, and collection;
•     Handle hotline services, incoming enquiries and requests (hospital, clinic, patient, etc.) 

Job Requirements:

•     Form 5 graduate or above, 1 year relevant experience is a plus;
•     Willing to learn, Well-organized, detail-minded, responsible and industrious personality;
•     Able to work independently & under pressure on multiple priorities and tasks;
•     Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing;
•     Good command in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
•     Good telephone manner and communications skills;
•     Needs to perform shift duties, 5-day work per week
•     (shift rotation incl. Saturday, Early shift: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Late shift: 11:30am to 9:00pm)
