Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate among related business units on key business initiatives so as to drive the growth of the Bank’s Private Banking and Wealth Management business
• Work closely with the compliance and operational team in order to monitor the risk and resolve/mitigage the related issues
• Ensure the operations and controls are adhere to the internal legal and regulatory requirements procedures 
• Work closely with the front/middle to ensure that operations, transactions and client service are in control and compliance
• Work closely with change and project management team to provide recommendations as well as helping on process improvement

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Finance and other related disciplines with professional qualifications under SFO and IIQE
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience as wealth management/private banking related role in banking industy or financial institutions
• Knowledgeable in investment and wealth management products/ services
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must
