Responsibilities:

• Acquire prospective new merchants to achieve sales targets through regular visits and provide after-sales service
• Manage relationship with existing merchants and handle merchant enquires
• Ensure compliance with relevant AML obligation in the process of merchant account creation and ongoing due diligence
• Review daily MIS reports on merchant transaction investigation and business analysis
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate preferably in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in credit card business
• Knowledge of Visa, MasterCard and UnionPay regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
