Job Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing CDD/AML daily report screening, manage the project timeline to ensure compliance requirements are met;
• Handle Account Opening Documentation and Client Information update;
• Handle customers' enquiries;
• Perform world check daily report verifications;
• Support in daily routine duties e.g. corporate action and W8BEN renewal etc.;
• Provide administrative support; and
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Business, Finance or related disciplines;
• A minimum of 1 year relevant experience in Financial Services;
• Holder of SFC License Type 1 & 2 regulated activity;
• Patient, organized, attentive to details and with strong sense of responsibility;
• Able to work under stress and to meet deadlines; and
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
