The Job:

• Work as part of the Client On-boarding team with responsibility for the on-boarding of wealth management clients
• Act as a subject matter expert and reviewer for new client On-boarding and periodic reviews
• Process knowledge in KYC/CDD, FATCA/CRS, Professional Investors rules and other applicable regulations as appropriate
• Liaise with other internal stakeholders such as Compliance, Legal and Operations as required
• Coordinate with the Front Office to prioritize account requests and keep them appraised of progress
• Monitor and maintain client documentation such that it remains compliant with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Actively suggest process improvements and streamlining initiatives
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

• University graduate in any disciplines
• 5+ years’ relevant/related experience in client on-boarding, KYC or AML with prior experience in reviewer role
• Demonstrate an interest in the regulatory environment and control processes
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including fluency in Putonghua with an eye for detail
• Good team working and communication & interpersonal skills
