Job description:

• Mainly responsible for listed companies'M&A funds, industrial funds, fixed increase financing business.
• Responsible for the follow-up of investment and financing affairs and the design, implementation, process tracking, and daily handling of outreach and internal affairs of the overall financing scheme.
• To find financing capital, follow up investment and financing projects in an all-round way, forecast and evaluate the possible risks of investment and financing, formulate emergency prevention mechanisms and measures to protect the company's interests;
• The process of implementing investment and financing projects, making professional suggestions and advisory opinions, responsible for the follow-up implementation, monitoring, analysis, evaluation and management of the completed investment and financing work;
•  Establish good communication relations with major financial institutions, investment institutions, intermediaries, partners, etc., in order to keep financing operation for the company as needed from time to time.

Requirements:

•  Master degree or above, major in finance, finance, management etc..
• 3 years or more investment and financing related experience, familiar with the financing process of various financial institutions, financing project experience;
• Occupy good financing channels or networking resources, institutional resources or social resources, etc.
• Ability to track financing plans and targets in a timely and efficient manner
• Good professional ethics, strong job responsiveness, strong communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese (Putonghua) a must.
