• Prepare daily treasury operation tasks and input journals on incoming/outgoing transactions for both Life and General Insurance Business.
• Prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis for both Life and General Insurance business to ensure data integrity .
• Liaise and answer inquiries from varies department to ensure required treasury operation go smooth.
• Perform month end closing i.e. both operation and investment on a monthly basis to ensure the transaction record is aligned with the account balance.
• Assist to manage and set up new treasury function by working closely with external parties, including vendors and bankers, on a smooth logistic arrangement and preparing ad hoc report and reconciliation for management review whenever necessary.
• Support adhoc request from management and conduct analysis on abnormal findings to management review.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holders in Business Administration/Accounting.
• With 3-5 years of working experience, insurance industry will be preferential. Candidate will less experience will also be considered for Assistant Officer.
• Student members of accounting bodies.
• Familiar with MS Office
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work independently
