Job Responsibilities: 

• Handle corporate finance projects including IPOs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions;
• Assist in preparing pitch books, executing transactions and conducting due diligence;
• Prepare listing documents, announcements and circulars; and
• Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as SFC and Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting, business, finance, legal or related discipline are preferred but degree holder in other discipline will also be considered;
• 1 – 2 years solid experience in corporate finance or 2 – 3 years of experience in a Big 4 or international accounting firm is preferred;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua; 
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities;
• Mature, responsible, independent and self-initiated; and
• Able to work under pressure, excellent communication and presentation skills.
