SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES    

• Assist the head of the research department to build a sell-side research system covering real estate companies listed in Hong Kong and PRC;
• Build a financial valuation model for real estate companies;
• Establish a real estate industry database;
• Conduct industry research on the real estate industry, , completing research and analysis reports;
• Establish links with real estate companies through research services and provide targeted financial services;
• Assist research department heads to organize roadshows, research, anti-roadshows, strategy meetings and other research activities;
• Complete other tasks arranged by the head of the research department.
• Keeping abreast of market trend and adopt research and analysis to anticipate changes in the real estate industry in Hong Kong and PRC.

POST REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree or above in Economics / Finance or other related disciplines;
• Sound experience in writing in-depth research reports on real estate industry and companies, conducting database design and maintenance, and constructing financial models in the PRC;
• Strong knowledge in researching and assessing overall market situation and performance of listed companies, especially in the real estate industry;
• Good understanding of the real estate market, business culture, political and economic environment in the PRC;
• Good communication, organization and analytical skills;
• A strong work ethic, detail orientation and a passion for excellence;
• Excellent verbal and written Chinese and English.
