The Job :

• Responsible for providing compliance coverage to control room and other general compliance support
• Coordinate and liaise with overseas compliance teams on control room topics and other overseas compliance management issues
• Handle, maintain and update control room operating processes, including, research clearance, wall crossing, watch list maintenance, personal account dealing, etc
• Involve in handling compliance enquiries and provide day to day regulatory advice and guidance on rules and regulations in relation to control room and general compliance topics
• Prepare ad-hoc and regular departmental reports
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

• Degree holder of Law, Finance or other related disciplines
• 3-5 years' compliance experience gained at financial institutions or regulatory authorities
• Familiar with SFO and SFC regulations and guidelines
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Good PC knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint
