Responsibilities:

• Communicate with branches and other departments to enhance awareness on compliance and service quality;
• Assist to review and consolidate the approval documents;
• Assist Private Wealth Managers on customer dual diligence, and other compliance related documents;
• Streamline and automate internal processes to ensure efficient and effective data generation and analytics processes are in place.
• Assist to drive CASA and Time Deposits;

 Requirements:

• Degree or above with at least 3 years’ experience preferably in a banking environment;
• Team player, self-driven with good interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in MS office applications;
• Good presentation and communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
