Program Details:

Our management Trainee Program is tailor-made for Fresh Graduates and aims at training you become Young Professional. Selected candidates can choose their preferred stream(s) and will be trained and rotated in various areas including, not limited to Account Executive, Business Development, Customer Relationship, Direct Sales & Marketing, Operations Administration and Product Analysis. 

Requirements:

• University Graduate / Post-Graduate in any disciplines
• Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm to drive project result to client satisfaction
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Must be initiative with strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting, able to multi-tasks, organizes and prioritizes work  
• Relevant working / internship experience in Finance or Servicing industries are desirable
