Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build an effective communicate channel and work closely with senior business stakeholders and HR counterparts
- Assist in HR system change project related integration and projects at the Group level
- Plan and assist the change activities for all employees
- Prepare communication material and learning martial for internal training
- Host the training, roll-out new system user guildlines
- Participate in regional HR initiatives and work closely with HR team across APAC region
Requirments:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
- 8 years of HR related experience required with solid project experience
- Friendly & bubbly individuals with strong interpersonal skills
- Candidate from retail/FMCG industry would be an advantage
- Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Immediaitly avaliable is highly prefered
