Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to clients / potential clients
• Develop and maintain good relationship with clients
• Assist in handling client account opening
• Execute orders for clients
• Handle daily administrative & operational issues
• Perform documents checking to ensure all trade transactions are in compliance with internal procedures & guidelines and regulatory requirements
  
  

Requirements

• Degree holder preferred
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in financial services industry and sizable company
• Holder of SFC licence for Type 1, 2 and 3 regulated activities and / or passed the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination papers preferred
• Good communication skills with strong sense of responsibility
• Well-organized and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferable
  

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Associate
