Responsibilities:

• Provide sensible HR solutions within the company
• Responsible for full cycle of talent acquisition, development to retention
• Partner with the leaders to drive organisation initiatives including workforce and skills analysis, succession planning, learning and development planning, change management and communication etc.
• Working closely with various stakeholders in the business
• Assist workforce planning, budget and reporting

Requirement:

• 3-5 years' relevant HR experience in banking and financial industry
• Competent in excel and sensitive to numbers
• Diploma in Business / Human Resource or equivalent
• Influencing skill with some negotiation skill and be able to get things done on a timely manner
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
• Immediate available will be highly prefered
