Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily payments, bank reconciliations and transfers;
- Process staff reimbursements and book-keeping;
- Process and issue invoices in a timely manner;
- Participate in month-end closing process;
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting;
- Minimum 1 year working experience;
- Familiar with “Yong You” system is preferable;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at different level;
- Self-motivated, independent, responsible, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines;
- Proficiency in PC skills, e.g. MS Excel, Outlook and Chinese word processing;
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese).
