Job Description

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Provide investor relations, financial public relations advice and support to existing / potential clients in the Greater China region;
  • Initiate thought leadership and research financial and capital market issues pertinent to clients/prospects;
  • Prepare, draft, translate and edit corporate / investor documentation including results announcement materials, corporate presentations, fact sheets and press releases;
  • On-going client relationship management;
  • Handle corporate finance initiatives including financial advisory and debt financing activities;
  • Responsible for end-to-end project financial management, including project planning budgeting, project implementation control, and reporting analysis of projects;
  • Fully participate in finance life cycle including due diligence, deal structuring, execution process and assist in Hong Kong listing rules compliance issues;
  • Responsible for researching, assessing potential deals, reviewing feasibility study report, providing business and financial recommendations on projects;
  • Monitor the financial performance of the company and prepare regular financial analysis;
  • Assist in ad-hoc project(s) when assigned.

 

Job Requirements

  • At least 8 years of corporate finance experience in a sizable company;
  • Proficient in consolidated financial statements, good data sensitivity, professional financial analysis skills, familiar with China and Hong Kong accounting standards;
  • Experience in organizing and promoting investor relations activities;
  • Willing to undertake frequent domestic business trips between Hong Kong and China;
  • Fluency in speaking and writing Mandarin is a must;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and established network resources;
  • Highly capable integrating information in making independent judgment and high strong attention to detail.
