Responsibilities:

1) As a key member of a global corporate finance team to assist in arranging fund raising to finance acquisitions and/or business operation and/or expansion by means of from bank debt to equity finance solutions;

2) Develop and manage bank relationships including ongoing compliance obligations required;

3) Adhere to corporate governance / internal control compliance;

4) Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required. 

Requirements:

1) Degree holder or above in Accounting/Finance required;

2) 12 years of relevant work experience especially in Project Financing; 

3) Strong relationship with banks with experience in Chinese banking corporation required;

4) Familiar with bank loan application, cash management, corporate finance and financial analysis;

5) Understanding of treasury markets, products and operations is a definite asset;

6) Capability of working independently and under pressure;

7) Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese);

8) Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Chinese typing;
