The Role

• To liaise with Airlines / Internal departments for flight handling
• Collect flight information from Telex/Email/Fax and distribute to relevant parties
• Communicate with ramp side staff to ensure smooth flight handling such as manpower/equipment/cargo/baggage/parking bay/transport
• Monitor flight data from RMS system to maintain correct manpower deployment
• Collect Flight Loading information as LIRF / Weight Statement / Special Load for ramp supervisor and assist the correct flight loading process with JASL load controller and Airlines personnel
• Documentary handling as staff overtime recording / staff sickness record /daily flight movement / daily flight count / flight service record filing
• Assist ramp duty managers in overall service coordination
• Assist to conduct the emergency procedure during the adverse weather conditions / aircraft emergency / airport emergency

The Person

• HKDSE or equivalent
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in supervisory level
• Capable of working under pressure
• Good computer knowledge is a must
