Our client, a multinational banking corporate is seeking to hire a Corporate Action Officer to support its operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support on Global Corporate Actions activities, identify and resolve exceptions
• Convey and manage entire voluntary event deadlines with clients & front office
• Handle enquiries from clients and liaise with custodian on all Corporation Actions events
• Monitor Group Email Inbox and incoming client instruction
• Handle Proxy Voting request from clients
• Participate in UAT system testing when required

Requirements:

• University graduated in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
• Fluent English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Good understanding of the entire process of Corporate Action Operations
• Has Equities Settlement knowledge is preferable
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Strong problem-solving skills and capability to adapt to changes.
• HK public holiday support may be required.
• Good with MS Office applications. (Word / Excel / Outlook)
