Responsibilities

• Responsible for conducting and improving surveillance processes for cash equities trading, program/algorithmic trading and listed options trading
• Providing day-to-day surveillance reviews
• Ensuring quality control testing related to the policies the firm has adopted, and make sure that problems are appropriately addressed and resolved
• Involvement in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant AML compliance in the financial industry, particularly in equities compliance and AML
• Strong communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Attentive to details, strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills
