Investment Manager

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential bond investment opportunities from banks and Exchange markets;
• Devise investment plan and overall investment strategy, and come up with competitive financial products, ie fixed-income product;
• Conduct credit risk assessment of investment product;
• Handle investment project including product design, due diligence;
• Liaise and coordinate with banks, intermediaries, project teams;
• Conduct Post-trade management
• Conduct market research and prepare analysis report

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or related field;
• Minimum of two years’ work experience in bank, fund house, securities brokerage, insurance company or related financial institutions
• Professional qualification such as CFA is an advantage
• Certificate holder of “銀行間本幣市場交易員資格培訓” issued by China Foreign Exchange Trade System is an advantage
• Proficient in Bloomberg and MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of capital market and relevant law & regulations of Hong Kong and PRC
• Fluent Mandarin is preferable, able to communicate in Shanghaiese will be an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility with good work ethic
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

投资经理        

工作职责：            

• 从银行和交易所市场寻找和筛选潜在的债券投资机会；            
• 制定投资计划和总体投资战略，设计具有竞争力的固定收类金融产品；            
• 对投资产品进行信用风险评估；            
• 管理投资项目，包括产品设计、尽职调查等；            
• 与银行、券商、公募等机构保持联络和协调；            
• 进行交易后管理；            
• 进行市场调研并编制分析报告。            

岗位要求：            

• 会计、数学、统计、经济学、金融或相关专业本科及以上学历；            
• 至少两年银行、基金公司、证券经纪、保险公司或相关金融机构的工作经验；            
• 拥有专业资格证书者优先，如CFA ；          
• 持有中国外汇交易系统颁发的“银行间本币市场交易员资格培训”证书者优先；            
• 精通彭博和MS Office应用程序；            
• 熟悉香港和国内的资本市场及相关法律法规；            
• 普通话流利者优先，熟练上海话交流者优先；            
• 具有强烈的责任感和良好的职业道德；            
• 具有较强的人际交往和沟通能力的团队合作者。
