About the company

I am representing a well-known chain brand to call for an interior design project management talent to join the team as a Project Coordinator. The brand is a listed company with strong momentum to expand in a rapid manner across the APAC regions. As they are now planning to open numbers of new stores in Hong Kong, and thus would like to invite talents to handle the HK store opening projects.

about the role

Reporting to the Team Head, you are expecting your major responsibilities to be the below:

  • Involve in managing interior design coordination, project planning, cost control and onsite supervision to ensure the store renovation or development projects are delivered in a timely and quality manner at a regional perspective
  • Deliver the brand's concept and spirit to consultancy and contractors to ensure the store design aligns with the brand's standards and requirements
  • Coordinate and work closely with relevant stakeholders, such as end users, landlords, internal teams, consultancies and contractors

Requirements & qualifications

  • Degree holder in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent
  • Around 3-8 years of experience involving in interior design and project management; Experience in Fashion/F&B/mass retail projects would be a great advantage
  • Detail-minded as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills and with high level of aesthetic flair
  • Independent, strong planning and communication skills with excellent problem solving skills
  • Flexible, willing to adopt diverse culture and persistent
  • Fluent spoken and written Chinese is a must, professional work proficiency English is also preferred
