We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to support our on-site coordination with clients and project follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site coordination and follow up project progress.
• Organize and attend meetings to report progress and resolve any project related issues.
• Ensure the project milestones / deliverables to be completed on time and meet the required standard; provide research as needed for each project.
• Understand and abide by individual project instructions.
• Liaise with sales staff to clarify project parameters.

Requirements

• High diploma or degree holder in project management/ construction/ building services/ civil/ structural engineering or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years working experiences in construction/ building materials is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Computer literate, well-versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated, outgoing and well-organized.
• Self-initiative, hardworking, articulate, a fast learner with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skill and strong problem solving skill.
• Immediate available is preferable.
