Year Out / Architectural Assistant

We are looking for an Architectural Assistant Hong Kong to join our team to focus on numerous Hong Kong local projects.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 0-3 years of solid experience in design and management of local projects

Responsibilities / Skills :

• Proficient at MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto CAD, Photoshop, InDesign
• Good command of written and spoken English, and Cantonese
• Good Knowledge in construction processes
• Good Knowledge in Hong Kong statutory requirements / government submissions
• Strong in coordination & contract administration practices

Character :

• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Able to work independently & as a good team player
• Able to handle challenging situations involving different types of people
• Able to work under tight schedules and willing to working overtime
