Job Description

• Diploma / Degree or above in Building Surveying / Architectural or Building Studies / Building Technology
• Member of HKIS (Building Surveying Division) or equivalent
• At least 3 year post-qualification experience in building surveying or building plan submission
• At least 3 year Project Coordination experience of Minor Work
• Good command of both Chinese and English language
• Level 2 or above in Chinese and English Language in HKDSE or equivalent
• Knowledge of PC application and proficient in Excel 
• Must be able to work independently and accuracy is essential
• Immediate availability is preferred
