Our client is a Luxury Brand. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Store Project Coordinator (Luxury Brand) to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist manager to develop and implement the project
• Support and monitor all retail shops and office for maintenance projects
• Ensure the design integrity, brand standards and specifications are met
• Assist manager to prepare and control the budget of maintenance
• Monitor the procurement on the long-lead items and take part in the procurement when necessary
• Follow up yearly maintenance contracts (lighting, flooring) with local contractors
• Implement monthly report and calendar for maintenance
• Store visits with licensees-partners to carry out standards audits and solve the project issues
• Coordinate with internal departments / landlords / public authority for any maintenance issues
• Handle ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• University graduate in Architecture or Interior Design
• 3 years working experience in project management within an architecture or retail industry
• With fluent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin (in both oral & written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Illustrator, Photoshop, Autocad, Sketch up
• Well organized and in good presentation manner
• With sense of figure, independent and self-motivated
• Good team player
